Pedagogical practices need constant updating. Students change from year to year to year, decade by decade. What once worked, will suddenly not. This portion of the “Joe Historian” website invites new ideas for pedagogy. It’s best to have a bevvy of tools at the ready.
All that said, the biggest success I find in the classroom is to be yourself. Authenticity goes a long way.
